Three color lantern slides depicting parade scenes and floats from the Portland Rose Festival in Portland, Or. in June of 1949. Subjects include floats created by the Portland General Electric Co. and another unidentified organization, as well as a marching band from Butte, Mont. The slides were taken by James W. E. Powell.
